HELMOS Blossom Honey

Description

Flower honey is produced by the Soukas family on the slopes of Mount Chelmos. Blossom honeys are produced from the nectar of flowers and contain pollen grains from many different plants in varying proportions. Their physicochemical and beneficial properties, as well as their color, differ depending on the nectar of the plants that the bees bring to the hive. Usually, no single type of pollen grain exceeds the threshold that would give this honey a purely monofloral character.
