Chestnut honey is produced by the Soukas family on Mount Kosmas. It is a honey of mixed origin, derived both from the nectar of chestnut blossoms and from the honeydew secretions of the chestnut tree.

An intensely aromatic honey.

It has a deep dark brown color.

It crystallizes slowly, usually after 1 to 2 years.
