HELMOS Fir Honey

Fir honey is produced by the Soukas family in Karpenisi. It is one of the most well-known honeys in Greece, with its production accounting for approximately 5–10% of the country’s total honey production.

Flavor:

It is distinguished by its pleasant taste.

Aroma:

It has a thick texture and an intense forest aroma.

Color:

It usually has a dark color, reddish or slightly lighter depending on its origin.

Crystallization:

Fir honey does not crystallize.
