Likno of Herbs mountain tea is cultivated in the small area of Lakka Souli. Its aroma and flavor are intense and distinctive. Greek mountain tea is well known for its soothing and antioxidant properties. It is a traditional herbal infusion enjoyed for relaxation and for supporting the immune system. It helps reduce stress, combat cold symptoms, and improve digestion. Ideal for the colder winter days, as well as throughout the year.

This is a naturally caffeine-free infusion.

Hot preparation:
The whole plant can be used (flowers, leaves, and stems). Add one flower to a cup of boiling water and let it steep for 6–7 minutes to release its beneficial properties. It pairs pleasantly with a little honey and lemon or lemon slices.

Cold preparation:
Follow the same process and then add a few ice cubes.

Storage:
For optimal preservation, store in a cool, dry, and shaded place.
